Jo-Ann Butler was charged with two counts of battery after classroom outburst
The 17-year-old took a MAGA hat off her classmate and threw it onto the ground
She says the hat is a 'racist and hateful' symbol and inappropriate for a school
Butler has also been suspended from school for a week after the fight
