As the scandals are breaking into public view, many Catholics share the the anger that so many others share and hate the filth and the way evil men have perverted the faith, but we also love our faith and our Church. Among these are bishops and priests, as well as lay faithful Seeing it lose the last grips on worldly power would be acceptable (even perhaps preferable), but to see it destroyed entirely would be very difficult to accept. Even to see it cast out of Rome would be difficult.
When the plan has been executed, what will remain for us, the faithful Catholics disgusted by the corruption?
