It makes perfect sense when you compare post-WWII Germany, and how it was divided West and East Germany. The symbolism is everywhere now that you look for it.
Yep. Think about it. Rome falls, we get the Catholic Church, and the "Holy Roman Empire". Vatican get's a bail out from Roths in 1832, and that places the Roths (impersonator Jews) in position of controlling the church. Roths own the Holy See, "Germany" and all its clans, and then we get 2 more Reichs after that protecting the Vatican, the coffers, centralized banking; the whole nine yards. It all makes perfect sense, now.
The Roths repeated this sham game by bailing out governments left and right in exchange for centralized banking in places like "City of London", DC, etc. These are cities within cities that are able to make their own laws and regulations.
Vatican and Holy See is it's own government with it's own laws. Perfect for cabal control, trafficking, etc. Catholic Church, also, is literally everywhere.
