nimrod is not the Lucifer. Nimrod was a man that underwent a genetic transformation of some kind to be gibborim. this word is typically translated to "a mighty warrior" but a deeper study leads you to the Nephilim who were half breed human/fallen ones.
the purpose of the flood was to cleanse the earth of these half breads and Nimrod seems to be the first to undergo the process post flood.
also, i have it on pretty high authority that the devil and Lucifer are not only not the same being but, the devil isn't even actually a conscious being at all but only an idea. Lucifer, though, is the first created being and quite an interesting study indeed.
notice that when Q mentions the whole, "how many people in government worship the devil" thing he doesn't say Lucifer but the devil.
i'm not interested in arguing about this with you. the bible isn't something that can be easily understood at a quick glance. it is a key that unlocks the truth of our history, purpose and future.
