I had posted yesterday that if you standardize the times with GMT (+0) Zulu time - then you get the following initials when you add the numbers of the times together:
HIICGM
I took this as Hillary (bars in between) Clinton, Good Morning or Gitmo. Coincidentally if you add the two numbers in the middle together (9+9), you get the letter R so you have HRC between bars, Good Morning or Gitmo.
