Let me see if I have this straight

The NSA has a paper trail of Barry's pdb regarding spying on the trumpet campaign and how does that get admissible in a hearing?

The only way is if the NSA were listening to China or Russia or some other foreign agency and can prove what was said. They were not spying any thing in US but foreign.

Who can ask the NSA for information, Congress or other branches of the Mil.

Now that anything from DOJ or FBI cannot be trusted and this is a threat against national security would the Department of Homeland security be worried?

What if after January 1st 2019 DHS asks for Mattis to investigate and try cases?

Read carefully

January 1, 2019

"Sec. 12. That guidance will take into account, with appropriate consideration of military requirements, the principles contained in official guidance of the Attorney General to attorneys for the Federal Government with respect to the disposition of Federal criminal cases in accordance with the principle of fair and evenhanded administration of Federal criminal law."
