Servers are in the news, spotlight, what have you right now.
Sure it is a type of ICBM, Avalanche category, and what else, but file extensions?

If you wish to conceal something, the best way is often in plain sight. If searching, why not go straight for a .doc, or .pdf, or what have you.
Delphi appears to have that ability to change file extensions and send things as Delphi packaged files .dpk. to the uninitiated it may appear as background processes needed for operation, but those in the know go in and change those extensions and dark to light, there the stuff is. You can manually do this in windows, but that's a lot of work. Have a stonetear or awan set it up and then as a bonus delphi also uploads to Microsoft azure and amazon s3. How quaint.
