Anon, I worked for one of the biggest health insurance companies when the ACA rolled out. I no longer work for them. I know for 100% fact they were targeting poor (mostly black) towns, to name one Murfreesboro, TN. I would testify against them for human rights violations because I would bring it up to the higher ups and they would never give and articulate reason as to why there were no in-network doctors or one recognized as unfit but the community. I worked for the ACA dept. I ultimately left because I couldn’t keep doing it.
