The sitting president is entitled to receive a Presidential Daily Briefing from the NSA.
We have learned that ex-Presidents are also entitled to receive this, and that Obama was still getting the PDB after he left office.
We have learned that certain individuals with the proper security clearances also attend the PDB. For example we learned that McCain used to sit in on Obama's PDB.
We also learned that the incoming POTUS-elect receives PDB prior to assuming office.
Who else receives / sits in on / the PDB?
Would POTUS-elect Trump refuse certain specific PDBs in order to deny specific others from receiving this info?
