Refreshing is a hit and miss idea, and must put a lot of strain on the servers if everyone does it constantly.

Little triangle,Add filter > ID (don't see any more from that IP (they only get to post about twice from each IP though, so you only get about half.

The other solution is more comprehensive, Options (upper right corner of every page) tick hide images. You can still click on the images you want to see, and the bad ones are typically removed before you get to see them.
