Atlanta child Murders

Well my analysis. It appears this was a Snuff Film Group and Wayne Williams was the Fall Guy. The two ex cons he was convicted of murdering were probably handlers/film assistants. The police and FBI slow rolled the investigatation then decided he was going to dump a body in river "heard" a splash stopped him found a cord in car that seemed similar to something used in murder and dog hairs that were 'similar'. Not the body found two days later in river coroner said could have been in river 2 weeks.

If the owners of properties and business in the pictures have any connections.

If the Local or State famous,or politicians have any connections.

My primary theory is that the Snuff Film part was hushed and Wayne set up by someone with power and may still have power. I also wonder if a young Comey, Meuller, or McCabe were low level agents on this case.

My bet is they did not want evidence of what happened to the kids in the public eye. None were solved just implied.
