APACHE

Apache is a web server initially developed by the NCSA and University of Illinois.

Not sure of their total funding yet, but lots of Goverment money apparently.

The NCSA Building is located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign at 1205 W. Clark St., Urbana, Illinois.

Apache web server released as open source (similar to Linux)

Custom add-ons anyone?

I believe the THINK MIRROR means that some of the government servers as well as HRC's private servers were Apache servers and

were MIRRORED with off site servers (bad actors).
