Digging on modern versions of WWII history and came across this web resource. The number two reason is a "weak League of Nations". Doesn't get anymore globalist than that. I was looking at the Russian perspective, and in their eyes the whole war started when Germany violated the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
