Think logically… It's more sophisticated than that.
This is a controlled burn; the disinfo on fox is a fire stop. If we all learned everything going on there would be an out of control situation. But worse, the enemy would close ranks and take a serious defensive posture. Much better to let them think they are winning. It weakens them making thus reducing risk.
