I know they installed remote control software to control voting machines

According to the leaked Brazile email, they stated 'pre-programming of some machines'

1. Does this mean only certain machines in certain counties were targeted?

2. Did this have any effect on the 2008 or 2012 Hussein election? i.e. did he Really win?
