This Thursday on Coast To Coast, the first hour will be discussing Trump's suggestion that Google and big social media may need to be regulated because of the blatant censoring of conservative viewpoints. Last night's show (Tuesday, 10/28) opened with a brief interview with Thursday's guest (I didn't catch his name), and right out of the gate George Noory brought up the fact that the guest has been a Google advocate/lobbyist, so there was very little doubt which side of the fence the guy was on. From moment one, he sounded to me as if panicked and scared. He layed out the current talking points excuses about how fake news sites pushing an agenda have caused havoc, and that all Google is trying to do is give "relevant, fact checked" real news the upper hand by (algorotmically) selecting what is elevated as a trend. He went on to say how Trump is to blame primarily because of how he tweets about the "latest consiracies" and whatever tickles his fancy at the moment. George Noory stated he will be taking questions from callers that night.
We need to tear this asshole a new asshole. Because the show callers are screened, those with skills of how to get past the screeners need to flood the caller line. No need for long lectures. Just simple point on statements in plain, calmly spoken English, letting Google (and the cabal) know that we know what they are trying to do, why they are doing it, and we are not going to stand for it. That there is a line that can not be crossed in America, and Google has clearly crossed it. The pain is coming. Using a Q code word or two would be nice. C2C also has a Facebook page where you can leave messages. I'm guessing there are also a number of other C2C places to leave comments - Twatter, Reddit, chans…
Spread the word.
Disclaimer: I rarely listen to C2C these days. Noory is wishy washy. Sleep-walks through interviews. Regurgitates old news and irrelevant stories. Too many quack guests. The noise to signal ratio is too high for me.
