I'm trying to process the effects of this. So you then don't show up for court a warrant will be issued. But if it's unconstitutional to be held without bail it would seem to create a never ending loop for people who keep skipping their court date. I guess they'd be found guilty in absentia, but what a cluster fuck.
It would also mean that any illegal charged with a major crime could just sneak back across the border. So send your hitmen across the border and even if they get caught they can simply be exfiltrated back to Mexico. Nice.
