Let’s not forget that this rule was put in place to limit prison overpopulation and was only applicable for those who couldn’t bond out of prison so that they wouldn’t be detained overly long waiting for a speedy trial.

The 10 day rule shouldn’t apply to them as the bond of $20k was waived by the judge.

So here we have terrorists who murdered a three year old and were training a dozen other children. They were caught. The courts ordered evidence destroyed and they were released without bail, and due to the 10 day rule, their cases will be dismissed.

They weren’t supposed to be caught or found. I hope that landowner that reported them has plenty of protection, as I think he will be disappeared soon.
