the FISA application is Fraud Upon The Court. The Flynn Judge knew it the second the testimony was given in a public hearing. He recused himself. He did that because if he ruled in the Flynn case after a credible suggestion of Fraud Upon The Court was known, he would have lost his Judicial immunity. Once someone brings a challenge of FUTC in this situation, all Judges decisions in these matters will be null and void as well as anything that grew from the decisions.
