"NOFORN"

I looked at the responses to Q's original post and didn't see anything about "NOFORN". I had no idea what it means, but apparently it is a classification stamp that means "No Foreign Nationals" are supposed to look at this document or whatever. Anyway, a memorandum from 2005 severely limits the use of the NOFORN designation. Look at this link; it's short.
