PRESIDENT TRUMP GOES ON OFFENSE—

The embattled Republican president tweeted on FOX News legal expert Gregg Jarrett’s comments from tonight’s Hannity show.

Jarrett said the FISA judge should call in DOJ and FBI operatives behind the FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump administration and press criminal charges.

President Trump agreed.

President Trump: “Ohr told the FBI it (the Fake Dossier) wasn’t true, it was a lie and the FBI was determined to use it anyway to damage Trump and to perpetrate a fraud on the court to spy on the Trump campaign. This is a fraud on the court. The Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court is in charge of the FISA court. He should direct the Presiding Judge, Rosemary Collier, to hold a hearing, haul all of these people from the DOJ & FBI in there, & if she finds there were crimes committed, and there were, there should be a criminal referral by her….” @GreggJarrett

Flames and smoke billowing from monstrous Melbourne factory fire

A huge factory fire burning out-of-control in Melbourne continues to send toxic smoke and flames high into the sky - with residents being told to avoid it at all costs.

"All smoke is toxic," said MFB Acting Deputy Chief Ken Brown.

"If people are inside the plume they shouldn't be there. They should avoid at all costs. Close your air conditioning, close your windows. If you can go somewhere else, even better," he told reporters.

The aim is to get the smoke under control by 4pm. The fire however, will burn into the night.

Nearby Somerville road and Paramount Road are closed, but it’s unlikely that any other major thoroughfares like the West Gate Freeway will shut.

Fire investigators were at the scene within 90 minutes of the fire starting, but there is nothing to suggest it is a suspicious blaze.

Firefighters are considering evacuating residents if they continue to struggle to contain the blaze, while some surrounding schools have made the decision to send students home.

The Metropolitan Fire Service has issued a community warning for residents within a two-kilometre radius of the blaze.

Those with breathing difficulties are urged to keep their windows and doors closed.
