Even if you take Q's hints out of the equation, it's the only theory that makes sense. Mueller has been going out of his way to discredit every aspect of the "muh Russian collusion" narrative. The indictments mysteriously cleared through Trump, the meeting the day before his appointment, and he's actually told us the media narrative is not what's happening.
