Any Anons having weird phone service outages today?

East Coast Anon here in a major city. I was unable to send or receive mobile phones calls for most of the night. I was finally able to get a call out around midnight, but service is back to being spotty. I haven't had any issues with this phone and never experienced any outages prior to this.

I'm wondering if this is a "test run" of some sort. Q warned us of outages.
