The Clinton's have dirt on everyone who's anyone in Washington. That is why she said if I go down I'm taking half of Washington with me. She was able to commit treason so blatantly and no one would step up and do their jobs because they didn't want to go to jail for all the crap they were involved in.

It brings up the question of whether LippoBank, Huang, Riady might still be around and have a more sophisticated laundering network in place.

But more likely is that the Lippo activities inspired BC/HRC to build the CF and CGI to build a better money laundering/blackmail/influence machine than simple shakedowns and suitcases.

Oddly, Chertoff was the then-staffer who unveiled the Lippo (Chinese) money in a Congressional hearing, and reps on both sides D/R went ballistic to shut down that discussion. But it was out of the bag. D'Amato and Sarbanes yelled the loudest.

They are truly a criminal RICO enterprise, not even one step away from traditional org crime, simply in a different venue. Or maybe not even that. Mafia crime is for the rabble by comparison (who knows how many or what criminal pipelines have been enabled or kept viable by these criminals?).

About the blackmail, they were definitely scarfing NCIC data from local DC-area LEO databases in 1993/4/5 - Sen Judd Gregg put up a bill to stop it - but that technique (LEO DBs -blackmail) probably goes way back to Arkansas.

So in addition to being actual and literal criminals, one does have to wonder what kind of upbringing and parental environment would have inspired this kind of thing. You don't just teach yourself to act this way, it has to be learned from someone. But being a psychopath and a sociopath (HRC/BC respectively) is probably just DNA.

China Read Emails of Top U.S. Officials /so this was well known in 2010/

China's cyber spies have accessed the private emails of “many” top Obama administration officials, according to a senior U.S. intelligence official and a top secret document obtained by NBC News, and have been doing so since at least April 2010.

The email grab –- first codenamed “Dancing Panda” by U.S. officials, and then “Legion Amethyst” –- was detected in April 2010, according to a top secret NSA briefing from 2014.

The intrusion into personal emails was still active at the time of the briefing and, according to the senior official, is still going on.

In 2011, Google disclosed that the private gmail accounts of some U.S. officials had been compromised, but the briefing shows that private email accounts from other providers were compromised as well.

The government email accounts assigned to the officials, however, were not hacked because they are more secure, says the senior U.S. intelligence official.

The senior official says the private emails of “all top national security and trade officials” were targeted.

The Chinese also harvested the email address books of targeted officials, according to the document, reconstructing and then “exploiting the(ir) social networks” by sending malware to their friends and colleagues.

The time period overlaps with Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account while Secretary of State from Jan. 21, 2009 to Feb. 1, 2013. The names and ranks of the officials whose emails were actually grabbed, however, were not disclosed in the NSA briefing nor by the intelligence official.

A different NSA document leaked by Edward Snowden revealed that in late 2010 China had attempted to spy on the emails of four U.S. officials, including then Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead. The document, posted on-line by Der Spiegel earlier this year, said the Chinese spies had tried to insert malicious software into their computers.

NBC News reported in 2013 that prior to the 2008 presidential election, Chinese cyber spies had targeted the presidential campaigns of then Sen. Obama and Sen. John McCain in order to read emails and policy papers, and had successfully compromised some emails, including private correspondence from McCain.

The “Dancing Panda” campaign revealed in the 2014 NSA briefing paper was among more than 30 “intrusion sets” launched by China that the NSA and other intelligence units identified last year in classified documents. NBC News reported last week that those campaigns resulted in more than 600 successful attacks on targets.

The NSA declined to comment.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General Chuck McCullough sent his investigator Frank Rucker along with an IGIC attorney Janette McMillan to brief you and Dean Chapelle and two other FBI personnel who I won’t name at this time, about an anomaly they had found on Hillary Clinton’s emails that were going to the private unauthorized server that you were supposed to be investigating?

Strzok: I remember meeting Mr. Rucker on either one or two occasions. I do not recall the specific content or discussions.

Gohmert: Mr. Rucker reported to those of you, the four of you there, in the presence of the ICIG attorney, that they had found this anomaly on Hillary Clinton’s emails going through their private server, and when they had done the forensic analysis, they found that her emails, every single one except four, over 30,000, were going to an address that was not on the distribution list. It was a compartmentalized bit of information that was sending it to an unauthorized source. Do you recall that?

Strzok: Sir, I don’t

Gohmert: He went on the explain it. And you didn’t say anything, you thanked him, you shook his hand. The problem is it was going to an unauthorized source that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia and from what you’ve said here, you did nothing more than nod and shake the man’s hand when you didn’t seem to be all that concerned about our national integrity of our election when it was involving Hillary Clinton. So the forensic examination was done by the ICIG — and they can document that — but you were given that information and you did nothing with it. And one of the things I found most egregious with Mr. Horowitz’s testimony, and — by the way Mr. Horowitz got a call four times from someone wanting to brief him about this, and he never returned the call.
