Many years ago, I lived in Huntsville AL and knew some people with the last name Paseur (no y). From the first time I saw Payseur on this board months ago it reminded me of that name. THEN I read the background info on Payseur recently and see Huntsville & B’ham mentioned. May be nothing, but thought maybe somewhere along the line they dropped the Y? To distance from original clan?
