Rick Scott caved after the Parkland shooting and signed a gun protection order that allows guns to be confiscated from people that a court deems okay.

While this sounds good and I'd probably agree with if the person was in court for another reason, that's not what is happening.

Sheriffs' offices are setting up task forces which are petitioning the court for individuals to have to come to court to defend their right to keep their guns. The confiscation has begun.
