That's because it is counting the number of PAGES containing the word "qanon", not occurrences.
At the present moment, it is closing in on 4 million pages and that is pretty darned good for a term that has existed less than a full year.
"Qanon" is a neologism and it's getting found – a lot. Gargle is up to a lot of monkey business … but it doesn't appear that they have rigged things against this term —– yet.
