Yeah, but even when it was at the top of the bread, people stopped heeding it over time.

People need to actively adhere to the spirit behind the words, not just having the words posted as if one plopped a plastic Jesus on the dashboard of his car and said "I'm good to go now."

We (most of us) are on the same team, true.

But we all differ in levels of maturity, emotional makeup, and ability to handle stress.

When building effective teams, you don't put people who fall to pieces at the drop of a hat in certain critical roles.

Find another role for them where they'll be successful.

The strong help the weak, but they don't let the weak run the show.
