That’s a lot of questions that suggest lurking a little more.
We went through this same thing with the 20/80 versus 40/60 discussion months ago. Stop lumping all 40,000 ft view disclosures together as the 100%.
Think of 100% for one crime exposed at a time (a murder for example):
20/80 = public knowledge / MSM coverage
40/60 = information known only to investigators / possible public leaks
100 = graphic footage of the crime
In all cases, the crime is known to have been committed. This what the 40/60 ratio is describing.
