The 502's were rolling at the regional hosts
Some kind of server/switch/etc maint was done
The evidence of what happened right now is strongest in regards to
Q's actions directly impacted Bchan and/or Cloudflare
Any other things Q did will be a work in progress
However some of the terms used we have seen before
Q's got the tools to track & kill these DDOS
