Cathy O'Brien testified re: MKULTRA in 1988; she was apparently rescued from the program by a good samaritan named Mark Phillips. They put together a book compiled of their testimony before Congress (attached). I've skimmed it, and it's rife with Q references—far more than even "Behold, a Pale Horse":

…and that's just a tiny taste. I haven't even gotten into the parts where she talks about both Clintons (including how Bill Clinton was being groomed for the Presidency "in case people got tired of Republicans"), Presidents Ford and Reagan, Bush I & II, Dick Cheney, numerous senators and world leaders (King Fahd, for example), and way, way more.

I have to warn you, it's very graphic. It's also shocking to the point that you hope it isn't all true.
