I still don't think the story on Mueller is written yet. He's playing a role, no doubt. There's a very specific and important reason that he met with POTUS one day before he was appointed SC.
And don't forget, Sessions recused specifically so RR would assume command and bring Mueller onboard. It was all planned.
Logic says Mueller is cooperating and bringing his decade of experience/intel as FBI Director to aid in bringing down the deep state (including Weissmann).
