Some thoughts

It makes sense if the 'Snow White & Dwarfs' have been shut down and other major cabal sources of computing power and communications per the other recent Q crumbs then the 'Horizon' referenced in Q post >>2810036 is indeed the Horizon tech satellite phone SIGINT platform because that's the last secure method of communications the cabal has.
