I've been keeping up with Q posts in a folder and I noticed that there are 9 days where the number of posts for that day matches the day of the month. But the days of the week are usually Thu or Fri, As follows:

Jan 4 4 Thu
Jan 5 5 Fri
Jan 13 13 Sat
Jun 28 28 Thu
Aug 5 5 Sun
