Thoughts on the Seven Dwarves:
Dwarf = Minor, smaller, junior. All the Q drops recently referred to surveillance platforms, including satellites. Could this reference be toward smaller surveillance stations, offshoots of the main system? Contributions from the FiveEyes junior partners. If we examine a list of surveillance stations which form the FiveEyes network, we see the following:

The names of the dwarves were introduced in the following sequence in the film Snow White (Snow White reads the names off the beds when she enters the house). Compare against the numbers set out by Q:
1- Doc = Darwin (Australia)
2- Happy = WaiHOPEI (Australia)
3- Sneezy = Kifaru barracks, Nairobi? (Kifaru = sounds like sneezing? say it with a hard K.)
4- Dopey = Ayios Nikolas, Dekelia?
5- Grumpy = Geraldton (New Zealand)
6- Bashful = Bude?
7- Sleepy = Seeb, Oman?
Doc (1), Happy (2) and Grumpy (5) were run by the Antipodean services. The rest were GCHQ stations. I'm assuming that the talent pool in those organisations wasn't quite up to the task of keeping the NSA out and promptly got smashed when GEOTUS assumed control in January, but GCHQ (3,4,6,7) took more time.
So the events on the 29th were the excision of the British state from Echelon. Great scott. GCHQ is compromised and complicit.
