I interpret Q's post to mean we should be looking for raw video, not a RAW picture. Sounds like there are 4 video cameras running continuously, and they can switch between them for the final video feed that people watch. We need to find the unedited, continuous video from camera number 1?
Agreed, but work hard to get the continuous video. Single pictures can be photoshopped, which makes them suspect and discounted. But it is hard to edit a continuous roll of video and not show artifacts from editing. That gives lots of credibility to it.
