With my large iPhone 6+, I can only get 29 characters across with no spaces. One of her sentences has 33 characters. Definitely shopped.

The blurred 4th line was just a clue from Q team for us. The image we want is underneath the shopped overlay for sure.

Any other iPhone anons, try Messages for yourself and tell me how many characters you can get on one line.

The line I count with 33 characters begins with "support" and ends with "progress." Someone can double-check my counting on that as well.

You're assuming the owner of the RAW image shopped it. It could have been Getty that did it. It's a poor shop since they left that little slice at the top that reveals the overlay.

I can't believe no one responded to you. If this doesn't help now, it will in the future. This is definitely a Pro Tip. Noted, anon. Carry on, Patriot, and God bless.

I just screenshotted an image of a blank message on my iPhone 6+. The only discrepancy I can find is that her top message corners aren't rounded like mine. See screenshot.

The top turned from white to black when I went to compose the image. Send is greyed out like hers because a recipient hasn't been specified yet.

The only shopped portion is the blurred out portion. See my own phone screenshot.

The only thing that looks different at all is that my "floating" window has rounded edges at the top while hers are acute right angles.

Could be an older version of the OS or could be an older phone. Mine's a 6+.
