Use VLC

Go to Media Open Network Stream…

Paste the video link under that address bar, then click on the Play button.

Give it a sec or two and VLC will play the video.

Pause the video.

Tools Media Information.

Copy the entire link at the very bottom (Location:).

Paste the link on your browser.

It should show you the raw video file hosted from youtube itself.

Right click on the video and 'Save video as…'

This will basically give you the raw file or you could rename it to .mp4

you'll get the RAW file that way

i meant a raw video file, if you download it with a downloader you'll lose some of the quality

i already downloaded the speech from WH youtube.

i could download a Higher quality if someone linked me. im sitting on a 100 MB connection.
