I checked 500px and didn't see anything.

I have watched numerous formats of the SOTU and I cannot find the photographer in ANY of them around the 9:42PM time marker (some footage shows the clock in the Capitol so you can compare against the iPhone 9:42PM time).

Has anyone spotted the photographer that snapped this image??
