Can seizing assets from criminals tied to terror or human trafficking be freezing control of their stocks?

Seems like that might be one area these crooks can protect their money and may support why the market has jumped 7000 points in a year and a half. SA dirty money pipeline has been cut, EO can go out and grab/freeze money…just spit balling…
