I don't understand the big deal people are making about the lack of interviewing specific people at this point in the investigation. This is a large complex investigation to prepare for trial. It comes with documents, money trails, and surveillance review. Once that is complete, the interviewing of people amounts to a test run of what are they going to say at trial. It is never about gaining info in situation like this. Think of it more like auditioning. Who will make the best witness.
