I think we're meant to be appalled at the existence of a "Domestic Surveillance Directorate" which is what UTAH is but without it being admitted.

We should be bashing down the doors of Congress. What kind of Orwellian State has a Domestic Surveillance Directorate? (Even if it's only called that on a parody site - fact is, that's what is going on in Utah.) Certainly not a free country.
