I remember how difficult it was to try to garner public opinion as a potential delegate where I live. By the end of it all, though, we had about 40% Trump, 30% Cruz, and the rest were Carson, and Rubio.
It took the elders in the room standing up and saying something after I was the first delegate potential to announce my vote would be for Trump.
Acceptance mentality is a REAL thing. It's especially effective when elders get on the train. They bring the youngsters with them.
