Looks like protests are planned on Monday in Chicago. State Police representative just said in a press conference that blocking the highway is illegal, and shutting down O'Hare Airport would be a federal crime.

"First, protesters took over the Dan Ryan Expressway. Then, another group briefly took over Lake Shore Drive on a march to Wrigley Field. Now, activists want to interrupt Labor Day traffic to and from O'Hare International Airport by bringing the Kennedy Expressway to a standstill."
