Is there any sauce on exactly how the clown supercomputers (dwarfs) and satellites go on and off line, and thus how long they might stay offline? Are we thinking permanently??

Anons suggested that 7 dwarfs = 7 clown supercomputers and coronas/bigbird = physical "analog"ish satellites, rite? So the dwarfs are on the ground?

Trying to get this into simple form to explain to my elderanon who only reads qmap yet asks a lot of questions.

Q what type of voting machines are least prone to fiddling?

Here in NYC, we do paper ballots that are scanned and also physically collected. I've been an election worker, and the operations have seemed above board (except the usual lameness of something staffed by volunteers). OTOH, little need to rig the vote in NYC where many dems run unopposed (in fact or in effect).
