Marquez played nurse Wendy Goldman on "ER" from 1994 to 1997. Police say they were called to Marquez's home in South Pasadena, California, to do a welfare check. When they arrived, they found her having seizures. Eventually she pointed a gun at police and they fired on her. It was ultimately determined the gun was a BB gun.
