The climate change thing here is driving people crazy. Transportation is absolute chaos and a lot of people are getting killed. They are working so fast to spend the infrastructure money that they are completely negligent about safety. It is all unbelievably corrupt in every way. Twenty nine year old killed walking on the sidewalk yesterday. In Silicon Valley, the tech companies have made the cost of living, especially buying or renting homes, so astronomically high, their own employees cannot afford to live there. So, they are looking for a place to relocate Silicon Valley. Nevada, Utah, Colorado. They want places where they can recreate. Especially ride their bikes. It is a mania here with them.
