The problem w data collection is you have corruption in policing departments that will use it, then put together a case through parallel construction and it STILL goes around rights/laws and NEVER admitted in court, so the "suspect" never has a rightful defense.
This happens to small time drug offenders so they will "SNITCH" on other higher up fish.
So you have LEO's who bend the rules/laws. They "hire" (through not charging the perp) a suspect to "work for them" and MAKE CRIMES HAPPEN by pushing the SNTCH on people.. i mean the lengths they go WILL CREATE a crime.. Then the LEOs come to the newly INCRIMINATED to offer not to charge you if you work for them.
What I am trying to say is that as long as 'the LAW' gets to operate anyway it wants, then the Justice Dept/Criminal Trials will never be fair and just. And people are straight up FUCKED.
I have 2 thoughts running at the same time, it is that we are cheering on the implementation of a Police State at the same time as finally getting to see H go down for her crimes. A catch 22..
I want H and gang lynched as bad as anyone.. what will our court system and survellience state be like after this all goes down?
The assets forefeture is also a YUGE problem and cause PDs to 'create crimes' to enrich themselves or police depts.
One of the Plans BIGGEST trusters.. but I have been burnt by the system, railroaded and barely made it out alive. Changes need to be made so other innocent people don't get burnt like i did.
