Woot! I've been wondering about timing of the so-called "FISA Abuse" report.
As for "honest," the OIG should not be allowed to make findings. The findings are ALWAYS skewed to whitewash wrongdoing, on purpose and by design. The reports should be just facts, and always referred to a prosecutor. It is the prosecutor's role to make findings.
