The talk about "Monarchy" and "Alice" could be a reference to the C_A's MONARCH program. I've been reading a book by Cathy O'Brien, who was supposedly rescued from the program. She mentions the use of Disney movies in the programming of C_A assets (Alice in Wonderland is mentioned several times).

I've tried to link it twice, nobody seemed interested. But the book is called "Tranceformation of America". You can find a .pdf of it at the bottom of the wikipedia article on Cathy O'brien, reference #1.

I wonder if there is some sort of "Delta Force" for Sigint guys? The kind of guys whose existence wouldn't even be confirmed by the US Government? I've heard that SEAL teams have tech guys embedded with them. Maybe Q and team is sort of like a "Delta Force" for MI.
